UNA-USA Dane County Events

A very special presentation by two of our longtime UNA-USA leaders. The Browns responded to a telephone call: "We have not seen you in over fifty years.  If you can come we want to see you."  Tom and Lee had been younger then and saw Malaysia in a different era; in a colonial time.  They returned to see students who had retired, who had lived full lives, who received their former teachers graciously, who welcomed them with a sign, " WELCOME HOME TOM AND LEE BROWN."

At our June meeting, Tom and Lee Brown are going to talk about what Malaya was like when they arrived in 1954 and what it was like when they returned in 2009.  We hope you will join us to hear what they experienced the first time and what they saw and experienced on their return.
