Despite the deaths of many members of his family during the American war, he has put his hatred aside and devoted his life to work for peace.
The MQI projects in Vietnam include:
- My Lai Peace Park
- schools in My Lai and how they bring hope for many children’s future, and
- micro-loans that empower women and their families.
